Jason Rhoades

Jason Rhoades is a unique artist that engages installations that has a them of finding slang words that focuses on the female genitalia.  The majority of his works were made into large scale. Rhoades creates these words into black lights, then conceal in neon colors. He is considered to be taboo since he holds ceremonies where he would invite special celebrities and other guests. They would all come up with different "slang words"  Alot of his other works still included the black light and leon colors but were more of a sculpture that focuses on every day materials. His main goal is to create and hold process and functionality.

This was installed in the Rosamund Felson Gallery. This is where Jason Rhoades was found presenting his first art exhibition. This work was created to resemble cheap furniture. But on the side there are photos of that artist shopping at a furniture store.
